Nikola Kadoić has finished two undergraduate and one graduate studies at the Faculty of Organisation and Informatics. He works there as an assistant on courses related to decision making. He is the author or co-author of around 50 scientific and professional papers. He was the leader of severalEU projects. He is regularly in ten percent of the best-rated teachers at FOI, and according to the research of the portal srednja.hr, he was the third in Croatia. He was awarded with the Second Prize for the Best E-Course at the University of Zagreb in 2012, the Award for Social Contribution and Volunteering in 2014, and the Young Scholar Award by the International Association EDEN and the Swedish Association SVERD in 2017.
